Today’s Healthcare system is employing more, generating more and leaving more well trained and dedicated workers to wonder what happened? How did a career that you worked so hard to achieve become your life’s torment?

I am a retired physician whose exit from medicine was indicative of my own burnout and of the abuse and stress caused by powers over our careers. (see About Me) It may be your employer, the state board or insurance companies-there are so many powers in this broken system. After training in Integrative Health Coaching and MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) at Duke University, I created these programs for you. I will not work for the corporate owners of medical care in America. I work for you. To help you find joy and purpose in the career you worked so hard to acquire and dedicated to serve.
