For many of us, the stay at home orders are being relaxed in our communities. For those home from clinics and offices, this will mean increased activities above the home-school, elder care and other COVID-19 demands. For others on the front-lines it means more more more…

I’m encouraging all of us to have a PLAN B. While you have time now, collect your medications – Tylenol, cough medications, thermometer, pulse ox, inhalers – all that you have available and would be helpful. Put them in a box and mark it COVID. Then if the virus should affect you and your fever dulls your thinking and energy or your stress makes you numb caring for another, you are prepared. Make a PLAN B on who you will notify and who will be the caregivers to the sick at home while others are allowed more freedom. This is not over. Make a PLAN B.

Mindful Living. Healthy Giving.
